Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our Personal Lines Team. You’ll work closely with agents and staff to support quoting, processing, and servicing personal lines accounts. This is a customer service-focused role that requires strong communication skills, multitasking ability, and a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Enter client information into AMS360 accurately and efficiently
  • Perform personal lines quoting and processing
  • Assist agents with marketing and re-marketing efforts
  • Communicate professionally with clients via phone, email, fax, mail, and in person
  • Process policy changes, binders, and replacement cost estimators
  • Organize and track quoting processes and follow-ups
  • Support administrative tasks and team operations as needed
Qualifications

  • Preferred: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license
  • Required: 1+ years of experience in personal lines insurance
  • Proficiency in AMS360 or similar insurance management systems is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Customer service mindset and professional demeanor
Skills

  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
  • Experience with office equipment (printers, fax machines, etc.)
  • Resourceful and proactive problem-solving
  • Strong time-management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage stress in a fast-paced environment

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
